My name is Michael, and I'm the owner and lead developer of Dingwall Web Designs. My father first introduced me to programming, though life got in the way for a while. A few years ago, I picked it back up and taught myself to code websites properly, by hand. I started calling small businesses directly to offer my help, and I've been growing steadily every year since 2025.
What I found was that a lot of small businesses in the UK don't have the budget to spend thousands upfront on a new website. And the ones that do often get taken advantage of, ending up with a site that looks outdated and hasn't kept up with design trends in years. They're stuck in a frustrating spot — either they can't afford a good website, or they don't know who to trust to build one properly. So I built my pricing around that problem. That's how I landed on my £0 down, £99 a month model (with a 12-month minimum) — a manageable way for small businesses to get a proper website without a big upfront hit to their finances.

Once the contract's signed, we send a short questionnaire about your business and what you offer. From there, we write all the content, design the site, get your approval, and build it out — usually done in 2–3 weeks start to finish.
